Even after interviewing over a hundred people, I still get surprised sometimes - there are candidates who don’t interview that well and CRUSH their test project…and also the reverse.

But at the end of the day, it’s on us as leaders to get the right people in the right seats - and a test project is the best way I’ve ever seen to get that done properly.
